MAGPRO's "Train the Trainers" program for MTC

In line with MTC's commitment to continually uphold the quality of its instructors and their craft, a "Train the Trainers" program was conducted last March 2010 by MAGPRO, spearheaded by its Training Operations Manager-Sharon Agoncillo-Galang and its facilitator Barrie Nelly Cruz.

The program was focused to improve the instructors conventional manner of teaching and the application of globally competitive teaching techniques. Succeedingly, MTC will enhance its curriculum with the integration of soft skills learning on many of its courses.
